Welcome to Testify! This guide will help you get started with your first login.

Accessing Testify​

Visit https://edukali.ai in your web browser.

Logging In​

Step 1: Enter Credentials​

  1. Click "Login" button on homepage
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Sign In"

Step 2: First-Time Setup​

If this is your first login, you may need to:

  1. Verify Email - Check your inbox for verification email
  2. Complete Profile - Add your name, school, and other details
  3. Choose Role - Select Teacher, Student, or Admin
  4. Set Preferences - Language, timezone, notifications

Step 3: Explore Dashboard​

After login, you'll see your personalized dashboard based on your role.

Teacher Dashboard:

  • Quick stats (questions, exams, students)
  • Recent activity
  • Quick actions (Create Question, Create Exam)
  • Upcoming exams

Student Dashboard:

  • Upcoming exams
  • Recent results
  • Practice recommendations
  • Performance summary

Admin Dashboard:

  • User statistics
  • System health
  • Recent activity
  • Quick settings

Login Options​

Email & Password​

Standard login method using your registered email and password.

Google Sign-In​

Quick login using your Google account:

  1. Click "Sign in with Google"
  2. Select your Google account
  3. Grant permissions
  4. You're logged in!

Single Sign-On (SSO)​

For institutional users:

  1. Click "SSO Login"
  2. Enter your institution domain
  3. Authenticate with your institution credentials
  4. Access granted

Forgot Password?​

Reset Your Password​

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Check email for reset link
  4. Click link (valid for 1 hour)
  5. Enter new password
  6. Confirm new password
  7. Click "Reset Password"

Password Requirements​

Your password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character (@, #, $, etc.)

Troubleshooting Login Issues​

Can't Remember Email​

Contact your administrator or support at support@edukali.ai

Password Not Working​

  • Check Caps Lock is off
  • Ensure correct email address
  • Try password reset
  • Clear browser cache and try again

Account Locked​

After 5 failed login attempts, account locks for 30 minutes. Wait or contact support.

Email Not Verified​

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Click "Resend Verification Email"
  3. Check inbox again
  4. Contact support if still not received

Security Tips​

✅ Do:

  • Use strong, unique password
  • Enable two-factor authentication (if available)
  • Log out on shared computers
  • Keep credentials private
  • Update password regularly

❌ Don't:

  • Share your password
  • Use same password as other sites
  • Save password on public computers
  • Click suspicious email links
  • Share login session
