Viewing Current Plan

  1. Go to "Billing""Subscription"
  2. View current plan details
  3. Check renewal date
  4. See included features

Managing Subscription

Upgrade Plan

  1. Click "Upgrade"
  2. Select new plan
  3. Review pricing
  4. Confirm upgrade
  5. Payment processed

Downgrade Plan

  1. Click "Change Plan"
  2. Select lower plan
  3. Review changes
  4. Effective next billing cycle

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to subscription settings
  2. Click "Cancel"
  3. Provide reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Access until period ends

Purchasing Credits

  1. Go to "Billing""Credits"
  2. Select credit package
  3. Add to cart
  4. Complete payment
  5. Credits added instantly

Credit Packages:

  • 1,000 credits - $10
  • 5,000 credits - $45
  • 10,000 credits - $80
  • Custom packages available

Payment Methods

Add Payment Method

  1. Go to "Payment Methods"
  2. Click "Add Method"
  3. Enter card details
  4. Save securely

Supported Methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Net banking

  • Wallets

Set Default Method

  1. View payment methods
  2. Click "Set as Default"
  3. Used for auto-renewal

Remove Payment Method

  1. Select method
  2. Click "Remove"
  3. Confirm removal
