The Question Bank is your central repository for all questions. Proper organization makes it easy to find, reuse, and maintain questions.

  1. Click "Question Bank" in sidebar
  2. View all your questions
  3. Use filters to narrow down
  4. Search for specific questions

Taxonomy Structure

Questions are organized by:

Example:

Each question has:

  • Question Type (MCQ, Subjective, etc.)
  • Difficulty Level (Easy, Medium, Hard)
  • Marks (Points for the question)
  • Tags (Custom labels)
  • Source (Manual, AI, Import)
  • Quality Status (Draft, Reviewed, Approved)

Filtering Questions

Basic Filters

Filter by:

  • Board - CBSE, ICSE, State Board
  • Subject - Physics, Chemistry, Math
  • Chapter - Select from dropdown
  • Topic - Specific topic
  • Difficulty - Easy, Medium, Hard
  • Type - MCQ, Subjective, etc.

Bulk Actions

Select Multiple Questions:

  1. Check boxes next to questions
  2. Choose action:
    • Delete
    • Change difficulty
    • Add tags
    • Move to folder
    • Export

Quick Edit:

  • Click pencil icon
  • Edit inline

Full Edit:

Duplicating Questions

Create Variations:

  1. Select question
  2. Click "Duplicate"
  3. Modify as needed
  4. Save as new question

Deleting Questions

Remove Questions:

  1. Select question(s)
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm deletion
  4. Questions moved to trash

Note: Questions used in published exams cannot be deleted.
